A leading full service, commercial firm, with just over 20 partners in the city are currently looking to recruit a partner to join their Real Estate team. This forward-thinking, nice sized city firm has a legal 500 rated Real Estate team and a few partners plus associates in the team you will be joining.
With a domestic and international client base and focus, this team have a strong grip on the real estate and construction market plus a good offering in property litigation.
You can expect to be providing transactional services and also advise on portfolio acquisitions and re-structuring. Their commercial property portfolio clients include private investors, companies, partnerships, other financial institutions including banks, and overseas entities.
You will be a Partner or Senior Solicitor looking for partnership, ideally you will have a proven track record of developing new business and a client following.
