Quantity Surveyor / Employers Agent – up to £45k + 33 days holiday (including statutory days) + pension + discretionary bonus

Due to a growing workload we are seeking to add an experienced individual to our team.

Addison Hunt is an ambitious and progressive Chartered consultancy based in Loughborough, Leicestershire and provides Quantity Surveying & Project Management Services to both Clients and Contractors. We have a wealth of experience in delivering schemes throughout the country across various sectors including residential, healthcare, industrial and commercial.

We are currently working with all stakeholders within the construction industry from Clients, Developers to Sub-Contractors in both the private and public sectors. Although the role is based in our Loughborough office, a hybrid approach to working location over the working week is expected. Ideally you will live within a 45 minute commutable distance of the office.

The right candidate will be expected to fulfil the full range of responsibilities with experience of preparing cost plans, administering contracts, attending Client meetings and agreeing variations and final accounts.

You will report directly to a Director, working within our principles and processes but with autonomy to manage your own tasks.

A UK Driving Licence is essential as our Clients operate nationally, further additional security vetting may also be required (e.g. enhanced DBS check) to gain access to some sites and you will have a CSCS card.

Ideally you will hold an academic qualification in Quantity Surveying, present a professional image, be able to manage your own time and be a team player.

The successful candidate will be supported with on-going training (including achieving professional membership of the RICS) and investment into new, up to date working practices e.g. software tools.
