Salary: £48,000 – £60,000 per year
Our client a Civil Engineering and Construction Company based in Telford are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join the team.
The role will be based between the Head Office in Telford and sites based within a region of 70miles.
Responsibilities:
- reviewing monthly management accounts and KPI’s to find and implement improvements,
- promptly and accurately bill all work carried out,
- produce in-contract pricing, estimates and quotes while following through to final account settlements.

Candidate Specification:
- Essential: A degree or equivalent
- Essential: Minimum of 2years experience in a Building Construction or Civil Engineer Quantity Surveying Role
- Full UK Driving Licence
