Salary: £360 – £396 per day

Quantity Surveyor – Groundworks & Civils – Manchester

Our client a well-known Groundworks and Civils subcontractor based in the North West is looking for the next superstar QS to join the business.

This is a role that offers variety with a mix of projects undertaken including, residential, commercial, mixed-use etc.

Ideal candidates can come in and hit the ground running and understand the schedule of rates within the Groundworks and Civils Industry.

Quantity Surveyor Responsibilities:

* Manage full cost lifecycle

* Price variations

* Worked closely with site teams

* Asses Sub Contract works and sign off on payments

* Manage Final Accounts

* Site Visits

Quantity Surveyor Key Experience:

* Groundworks and Civils background

* Carriageway and Highways

* RC Structures

* Intermediate to Senior Level

* Good understanding of rates within the industry
