One of the Midlands prestigious Aerospace Manufacturers is currently seeking to recruit a quality inspector. Manufacturing Parts for Airbus and BA, you will become part of a well-respected company within the UK. The position will be Based at the site in Central Derby. Our Client currently employ over 200 people at the site, we are now looking to add contract support to the work force to assist with the growth of the business. 

For this QUALITY INSPECTORS 

Position you must: 

• Have experience working with various inspection equipment – High gauge, Callipers, Vernier’s and Micro meters

• Able to work under limited supervision

• Experience working to the AS9102 Standards

• Previous experience of the Aerospace (desirable) 

Required qualifications as our QUALITY INSPECTORS:

An Apprenticeship in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent City & Guilds qualification is desirable.

Shifts for this QUALITY INSPECTIOR position:

Monday-Thursday- Mornings and afternoons 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm rotating shift pattern or DAYS 

Hourly rate for this QUALITY INSPECTOR:

£14.4.ph Monday – Thursday pm and Friday 7.30-12.30

Over time will be as and when required paid at premium rates
