Based in Norfolk

Salary: Circa £42,000

Listgrove is supporting a well-established trade moulder of custom plastic parts and products. Due to significant growth and success in securing contracts in new markets, they now seek to recruit an experienced Quality Engineer who will report to the sites Production Director. The ideal candidate will have a background in plastics manufacturing along with the introduction of quality systems and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• The introduction of quality assurance systems and procedures

• Developing and improving the quality assurance targets

• Training and development – quality procedures

• Ensuring the company is adhering to ISO: 9001 standards

• Performing first off and last off inspections

• In house calibration and coordination of external calibration

• Inspection of Plastic Injection Moulding

• Creating and maintenance of Quality documentation

Key Skills and Attributes:

• Proven background in injection moulding or extensive quality experience within a component manufacturing / engineering environment.

• Injection moulding experience – other plastic processes may be considered.
