A dynamic Quality Engineer with a background in a fast-paced financial services environment is sought to join a successful company in Sunderland.

Reporting into the QHSE Manager, you will primarily be tasked with improving the quality of operational processes and outputs.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

* Developing and implementing quality standards based on RISK.

* Developing and implementing quality control systems and improvements

* Monitoring and analysing quality performance.

* Ensuring that workflows, processes, and products comply with regulatory standards.

* Investigating and troubleshooting product or process issues.

* Developing corrective actions, solutions, and improvements.

* Reviewing codes, specifications, and processes.

* A ‘positive disruptor’ to the business

Required Skills & Experience

* Previous Quality experience within a fast-paced office environment: financial services, banking, legal etc.

* Logical approach and ability to scope out a project plan

* Able to analyse data and report solutions and best practice

* Attention to Detail

* Advanced knowledge of MS Excel

* Tenacious and able to challenge the norm
