Quality and Continuous Improvement Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen within a global manufacturing company in the surrounding area of Ystrad Mynach. The role will take on both the quality and continuous improvement management for the business, enabling a stream lined team covering both inter-linked areas.Main responsibilities would to be the resident expert on site for the maintenance, improvement and implementation of the ISO9001 systems with a specific focus on quality and environmental management systems. Will also need to be able to smoothly co-ordinate, project manage, identify, implement and improve all CI activities and programmes for the site. Responsible for auditing, monitoring and controlling all corrective action processes for the management and environmental systems, as well as organising and implementing full training programmes for the employees. The right candidate will be a self-starter, clear and logical with a focus on the detail, with a proven track record of CI and Quality to supervisory/ management level.
