Job Title: Quality and Compliance Officer
Location: Royston, Hertfordshire
Salary: £competitive DOE
Hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm (37.5 hours per week)
Contract Type: Permanent
Our client based in Royston, Hertfordshire is seeking a Quality and Compliance Officer to join their team and help provide an outstanding service to their customers.
As Quality and Compliance Officer you will be responsible for:
- Investigating and resolving customer complaints
- Conducting internal audits
- Managing non-conformance administration
- Conducting relevant health and safety training
- Providing administration support
An ideal Quality and Compliance Officer will have:
- Experience of internal audits (Essential)
- Quality management system experience
- Hazard & Risk Management experience or training
- Good IT skills including Microsoft Office
- An analytical and methodical approach
