Qualified / Unqualified Nursery Assistant

We are looking for Qualified and Unqualified Nursery Practitioners to join our team of staff covering a nursery in the Hatfield

Ideal Candidate should be:

A happy and helpful team player, who has a passion for working with children and drive to achieve outstanding practice
You should be hard working and organised whilst being caring and reliable at all times.
You should have the ability to work on your own initiative and under pressure as well as take part in the wider nursery team.
Have good awareness of the Early Years Foundation Stage: Planning, observing and record keeping.
You will need to be an excellent communicator with the ability to work with colleagues to make positive changes within the Nursery following the Early Years Foundation Stage.
Previous experience of working with children in early years, and being a key person is desirable.
To build good relationships with parents in order to support new parents and settling children into the nursery.
First Aid certificate would be desirable.
