Salary: £40.8 per hour
Qualified Social Worker x2, MASH Team- Hampshire
We are looking for x2 Qualified Social Workers to join a fast paced MASH Team in Hampshire for an initial 3 Month contract paying £40.8 per hour.
The Role will Include:-
– Good working knowledge of child care legislation and working guidance, e.g. Children Act 1989 & 2004 & Working Together 2013
– Taking incoming referals
– Single Assessments
– Assigning cases to the correct services
– Experience in a busy social work team undertaking child protection/ children in need duties
– Children in Care and complex Children in Need work
Requirements:-
– Minimum 2 years relevant Post Qualifying experience ideally within Looked After Children, Fostering and Adoption, Kinship or Family Support Teams.
– Knowledge and experience of safeguarding policies and procedures.
– Excellent verbal and written reporting skills- Ideally with experience
– Relevant social work qualification, e.g. CQSW, CSS, DipSW, nursing, OT qualification or NVQ 4 (Care), HNC (Social Care), or HNC Care Management. You must be professionally registered in the area you wish to work – SSSC for Scotland, CCW for Wales, NISCC for Northern Ireland or HCPC for England; and be eligible to work in the UK.
