Qualified Social Worker – Looked After Children – South East London

Contract: Full Time Locum
Our Local Authority client in South East London is currently looking for a Qualified Social Worker to join their Looked After Children team in Children’s Services. This local authority is known for having stable and long term management as well as providing great training.
As a Qualified Social Worker on the Looked After Children team in South East London, you will need to have at least 2 year post qualifying experience in a similar team or have completed an ASYE.
To be considered as a Qualified Social Worker for this role in South East London you will also need:
HCPC Registration
Social Work Qualification
Recent DBS Check
You will be working directly with looked after children and completing life story work with them. You will be required to travel out of borough and also attend court when required. You will be expected to sometimes work unsociable hours as the job requires.
