Qualified Senior Practice Manager

Salary: £54,000 – £66,000 per year

Well-established small Accountancy Practice based in Reigate, is looking for an experienced qualified accountant / Manager to join the team in spring 2022 to provide a comprehensive service to meet their clients accounting, audit, tax and business advisory needs.

Qualified Senior Practice Manager – About The Role

This is a well-respected Practice with an excellent reputation in the local area you will oversea the accounting & audit team which contains a mix of trainees, part qualified and qualified accountants ensuring clients needs are met.

• Advising clients at client meetings, over the phone.
• Review of completed statutory accounts for small to medium sized companies
• At busy time you may be in volved with personal tax returns
• Advisory work
• Overseeing of Audit work and managing audit assignments
• Various ad hoc matters as they arise. 

The successful Qualified Senior Practice Manager will be:

• The candidate must already possess significant public practice experience as a client manager / senior accountant. 
• A fully qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA or FCCA) 
• You will have at least 5 years post qualifed experience which may have taken place in a small accountancy practice environment. 
• You will have a professional, personable communication style, liaising directly with clients and providing a great service.
• Ability to train and oversea the work of junior team members
• Relationship management skills
• Audit experience an advantage
• Excellent communication skills
