Description

We are currently seeking a qualified dental nurse to join our friendly and experienced team at our Crowborough Dental Practice. At Crowborough we are striving to improve the practice and hence we are looking for someone hardworking, organised and dedicated, potentially willing to cover occasional Saturdays.

The practice sees both NHS and private patients. Our state of the art practice is conveniently located just a short walk from Crowborough train station. Crowborough Dental Practice offers plenty of free parking just outside the practice, wheelchair access, air conditioning and digital x-rays.

A range of treatments are available to our patients at Crowborough Dental Clinic: inlays, teeth whitening, standard children’s services and crowns are just a few.

As a qualified nurse the main duties will involve, however will not be restricted to:

* Assisting the Dentists and Practice Manager with all clinical aspects of the surgery, maintaining compliance standards throughout.

* Providing excellent patient care at every stage of the dentistry process.

* Maintaining cross infection controls, equipment and materials to the highest standard.

* Performing all duties in line with the Code of Ethics outlined by the Association of Dental Nurses and the GDC.

You must be implant trained.

The working pattern will be the following:

Monday: 08:30 – 18:00

Tuesday: 11:30 – 20:30

Wednesday – Friday: 08:30 – 18:00

* Registered with the GDC, and a qualified Dental Nurse

* Committed to maintaining the highest standards within both their role and the practice.

* Willingness to learn R4 Kodak systems.

* DBS checked with the right to work within the UK.

* Fully immunised (Hep B).
