Vacancy – Purchasing Administrator

Location – Chigwell area, Essex

Salary – up to circa £36,000+ potential bonuses and other benefits

A successful electrical wholesaler is looking for a Purchasing Administrator to assist the Purchasing Manager and join the team in their busy branch.

You will be responsible for assisting in the purchasing department that buys a wide range of electrical products and accessories.

The successful candidate will ideally have experience within the electrical wholesale industry and a good knowledge of a wide range of products as well as excellent administrative skills.

A good telephone manner and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key suppliers is an essential skill.

The role will involve

* Updating pricing on the computer system (in house system)

* Dealing with any invoice queries

* Chasing suppliers for delivery dates and product availability

* Working alongside the Purchasing Manager ensuring that the department helps to drive the business forward by increasing profit

Salary depending on experience up to circa £36,000 plus bonus and benefits
