Purchase to Pay Finance Analyst (10 Month Contract)

Salary: £28,800 per year

10 Month Contract

My client, based in Glasgow has an immediate requirement for a Finance Assistant to join them on a temporary basis estimated to last 10 months.

Manage transactional activity associated with ensuring timely payment of invoices
Validate invoices prior to payment
Support resolution of PO issues
Analyse and report on spend
Reconciliation of accounts
Produce reports including KPI performance reports, payment to terms, compliance reporting, spend analysis, accruals and risk reportingTo be considered for this position, candidates must have the following background and skills:

Previous experience of working in a Finance Analyst, Finance Assistant, Purchase or Sales Ledger positions
Understanding of the Purchase to Pay process highly advantageous
Relevant qualification in finance would be an advantage i.e., HND or Degree in Accounting or AAT
Strong analytical, attention to detail and accuracy
Able to build and maintain excellent relationships
Confident IT skills including MS Excel and Financial/ERP systems
