Purchase Ledger Manager

Salary: £28,800 – £33,600 per year

We are supporting a great opportunity for a Purchase Ledger Manager to join a very successful, growing organisation.

Based in Marlow, this key full-time, permanent opportunity will report to the Financial Controller & manage key areas including: –

• Management of a team of 2 x Purchase Ledger Assistants
• Organisation of department’s work flow control/delivery
• Ensuring accurate reconciliation of monthly business credit cards
• Management of supplier invoices through to payment
• Reconciliation of supplier accounts
• Completion of daily accounts payable control reconciliation, ensuring all ledgers are balanced on a daily basis
• Driving improvement across all areas

Candidates will hold proven accounts payable, dealing with international suppliers / VAT, along with team management experience.

This is a full-time opportunity based within offices in Marlow, after training/probation, a structured hybrid working is available.
