skills Building positive and trusting relationships with children Supporting pupils who may

experience anxiety, low confidence, behavioural challenges, or difficulties with emotional regulation Assisting children with Autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social communication needs Helping pupils access learning in a positive and supportive way Supporting behaviour management strategies and classroom routines Encouraging independence, resilience, and self-esteem We are looking for someone who: Holds a degree in Psychology or a related field Has a genuine passion for child development and mental wellbeing Is patient, empathetic, and emotionally intelligent Has a strong interest in SEN, SEMH, and inclusive education Can build positive relationships with children and staff Is calm, resilient, and adaptable Has excellent communication and interpersonal
