Commercial Property Solicitor
Up to £60,000 + Bonuses + Benefits
Location: Manchester City Centre

Key responsibilities for this Property Solicitor role:
- Undertake a large and varied caseload of all commercial property matters
- Build lasting, long-term relationships with clients of all sizes
- Be proactive with clients varied needs
- Support the Head of Department and the firm when called upon
- Sale or purchase of land or property by charities
- Planning agreements and property mortgaging/ finance
- Handling option agreements by the landowner or developer
- Deal with overage or development clawback agreements, and easements and right of way
Qualifications and skills for this Property solicitor role:
- A proven track record of billing
- Consistently detailed and thorough output
- Confident and personable characteristics
- Commercial awareness
