We’ll consider a strong sales background and do not necessarily require real estate/estate agency experience. To build on our success and capitalise on the booming property market within the region, we are hiring Experienced & Proactive Property Consultants to be part of our amazing team with commission structure up to 70%.
Our management and sales team have extensive knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, ensuring the highest level of customer service and expert advice.
We are hiring in both of our off plan and secondary sales teams.
Sales Agent musts:
> Committed and Motivated Candidates.
> Targeted Sales Background.
> Ambitious and Money Driven.
> At least 1 years Sales Experience in any field, Must have worked against KPI’S
Sales Consultant – Common Duties:
> Booking appointments to see clients about their property in Dubai.
> Offering advice & market education on the value of their property.
> Negotiating with prospective clients at offer stage.
> Making sure that a price is agreed that is acceptable to both parties.
> Regular courtesy calls to clients.
> Keeping up to date with market trends in the Dubai property market.
As with most real estate roles in Dubai this is a commission based package.
