Salary: £300 – £360 per day
If you are a Chartered Property Manager looking for a new challenge working within an NHS Trust which is moving forward, then this role is for you.
About the Role
Currently the Trust is continuing to develop and progress its practises and are looking for a Property Services Manager to manage all aspects of the Trust’s property portfolio under the direction of the Director. The trust are looking to continue to move forward, ensuring the land and asset base is structured and managed in the best corporate interest, aligning it with governing objectives and service development, operational and financial goals. The role will evolve managing all leases, licences agreements, ensuring that the Trusts tenants fulfil their obligations, ultimately maximising the Trusts profitability.
About you
It is essential that you are a Chartered Property Professional with 5 years’ post qualification and Senior Management experience. You will need at least 3 years experience of asset management experience working within an acute NHS environment. You will be working to implement the Quality Innovation Programme and Prevention (QIPP) lease Plan, previous experience on this innovative will help but is not essential.
