Property Manager

An exciting position has become available for a full-time Property Manager based in Bow London, E3 The successful candidate will earn circa £30,000.

Hours of work will be Monday-Friday 9am to 5:30pm with the potential for weekend work.

Role Requirements

Minimum of 2 years’ experience
Full Driving Licence, preferably with a car
A “can do” empathetic attitude
Customer Service focused
Role Responsibilities

Overall responsibility for day-to-day management of a portfolio of residential properties and some commercia, with the support of one of the directors and a consultant RICS commercial surveyor, so training will be provided.
Health and Safety Management
Allocate maintenance jobs and liaise with contractors
Deal with owner queries.
Attendance at Meetings.
Ensure statutory obligations are met.
