Bond Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Property Consultant to join an energetic property company in Salisbury area of Wiltshire this is a career advancing opportunity as you will have the opportunity to view how the property department runs and become a integral member of the team.

The role and responsibilities:
The role is office based but involves the management of residential properties across the UK from instruction to eventual resignation – ensuring all parties are working towards clients clear deadlines in preparing an appropriate strategy report for each property/portfolio. You will be liaising with tenants, previous landlords, estate agents, solicitors, insurers, clients, block management companies and contractors.

The position is varied and provides challenges whereby assistance from legal advisers and insurers is often required.

?17,000 -?18,000 pa OTE?25,000 pa plus benefits that include a generous holiday entitlement, training and pension working Monday to Friday no weekends.
