A leading Main Contractor based near Watford, Herts, have a great opportunity for an experienced Project Surveyor to join them on a permanent basis, based from their offices and working on projects in London.

They are looking for an experienced Project Surveyor that can work autonomously and manage 2 or 3 projects concurrently. The Project Surveyor will be working on a range of commercial projects, so will need to have good experience working on a variety of commercial projects for a reputable main contractor. Project values will range from £1m to £5m. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic, leading main contractor and work as part of an exceptional commercial team.

Experience:
• Track record working for a reputable main contractor
• Experience working on a range of commercial projects
• Able to work autonomously on 2 or 3 projects concurrently
• Excellent all round commercial skills and knowledge
• Full UK Drivers licence
• Able to commute to Hertfordshire (near Watford) on a daily basis
