Project / Site Manager

Salary: £26,000 per year

£2.16 Million demolition and redevelopment for the construction of a new build industrial unit. Reporting to the visiting Operations Director you will have full control and responsibility for the running of the scheme from inception through to completion and handover to the client. Daily duties and responsibilities will primarily involve the supervision for all subcontractor trades and labour packages on a day to day basis, material/plant requisitions, RAMS, Health & Safety, holding and chairing subcontractor/client progress meetings, maintaining programme deadlines are adhered and achieved aswell as the general day to day running of the site. As the project will also be BREEAM rated anyone applying will also need to have previous experience working on projects involved with this.

Current CSCS Card, SMSTS and First Aud certificates will be mandatory requirements as without these no application will be considered.
