Project Mechanical Engineer

An opportunity has arisen for an immediate requirement for an Project Mechanical Engineer. Candidates should have at least 10 years experience in Mechanical Services design. These positions require enthusiastic and committed Engineers who have a strong background working within an M&E construction environment. The successful candidates will deal with all aspects of the electrical engineering process from developing concepts, to the production of detailed solutions.
Responsibilities include:
Supporting the Project Team in the delivery of successful, appropriate technical solutions;
Successful Engineering Design and delivery of various projects on time and to budget;
Working within the operating standards for the project;

Qualifications / Experience:
of a HNC in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering;
Have relevant experience of working within the Building Services industry, ideally with large office, commercial and residential schemes.
Experience in the use of AutoCAD/Revit MEP software would be beneficial.
Ability to develop good working relationships with internal and external clients;
Knowledge and understanding of the legislative changes and impact on the project;
Good numerical and organisational skills;
Flexible attitude.

Candidates should be able to demonstrate appropriate technical knowledge and understanding of the methodology for their respective discipline and be able to produce thorough and accurate engineering designs. Candidates should also be positive in their business relationships and interactions with colleagues and clients.
