Project Manager – Residential / Hotels – Multi-Storey
Our client is a main contractor and offsite construction leader with an enviable portfolio of projects across a range of sectors, including: Education, Defence, Prisons, Hotels, Residential, Retail and Student Accommodation.
Due to continued robust growth, they are now looking for a high calibre Project Manager to join their team on a multi-storey hotels / residential project experience to join their team.
The ideal person will already possess the following:
* A minimum of 12 years industry experience.
* Main contractor background.
* Experience in managing multi-storey hotel or residential projects.
* Excellent managerial skills.
* Relevant industry qualifications.
In return for the above skills and experience, our clients will offer a highly competitive basic salary, negotiable on experience, plus car / allowance, pension, medical etc.
