We undertake the role of Main/Principal Contractor within the Water, Industrial, MOD, and Power Sectors. This includes all aspects of New Build, Refurbishment, Civil Engineering and MEICA Projects.

Job Description:

Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the construction phase of our projects, ensuring contracts are delivered on time, on budget and fulfilling contractual obligations.

Overview of roles/ responsibilities:

Developing and implementing the Construction Programme from inception to completion.

Managing the overall design process and design team when working on D&B contracts.

Working closely with our Commercial Department to assist with procurement of subcontractors.

Managing and oversee all aspects of Health and Safety onsite, including undertaking of Daily

Site Inductions, vetting/ checking of Subcontractors RAMS, Weekly site/ plant inspections.

Liaising / communicating directly with our Clients and design teams

Procurement / ordering of site materials and consumables.

Monitoring of quality and workmanship onsite.

Compile and deliver monthly Progress Reports to the client and design team (project dependant).

Attend monthly internal Production Meetings.

Lead a team of employees and subcontractors effectively to ensure the client’s and company’s objectives are exceeded.

Qualifications/ Training:

SMSTS (required)

CSCS (required)

First Aid at Work (required)

Experiance within Water Industry Advantage
