Edge Tech is working with a global technology, change and transformation consultancy that have a long history of delivering complex programmes of work for enterprise customers across the world.

Our client’s solutions cover Hyper-Automation led solutions & services, Cloud Architecture & Technology services. They deliver best-in-class digital solutions for their customers using Design Thinking methodology, powered by Agile based SAFe, DevOps practices and leveraging technology partnerships with market-leading platform providers.

This particular project is with one of the world’s most prestigious private members clubs based in London so experience in the hospitality sector is desired. You will be part of the Digital team, focused on supporting and maintaining the customer’s application suite so their business can operate without friction. You’ll also encourage integration and best practices in order to protect the customer’s member experience and ensure the business reputation is protected.

You will also responsible for supporting the various affiliate brands for the customer across the globe focusing on both digital channels and supporting backend IT infrastructure and applications with the ability to recommend solutions when appropriate, and be aware of hospitality trends to support the business in its future growth.

This role requires you to have strong experience of digital delivery, IT support, project delivery lifecycle management with an excellent understanding of business functions, the supporting technologies and a good grasp of business processes in this area. Additionally, you will drive to overcome any BAU hurdles to ensure the project success through all phases of projects & deliverables. You will promote systems stability and prompt resolution of any support issues along with advising /guiding and playing an active hands-on role through both support & development.

Skills & Experience Required

* Experience and a background in technology/change project management

* Experienced in L2/L3 support and maintenance of IT solutions along with a background in ensuring IT systems are correctly maintained and any patches/fixes etc are current

* A background in business and being able to challenge existing practices and controls to drive the continual improvement of systems, process, automation, & integration.

* Have managed 3rd parties/vendors to deliver to cost and quality

* An advocate and promoter of best practice ensuring this is implemented across all IT processes

* Expertise in managing general IT governance

* Knowledge of Agile/Waterfall methodologies

* Experience having worked in the hospitality sector is a bonus
