Rate:£78,000 – £84,000+ Package
My client, one of the most reputable Main Contractors in London & the South East, are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager for a £20m New Build Residential scheme which is due to run for 88 weeks. My client are very tough on paperwork so the Project Manager should have experience in NHBC standards.
Duties & Responsibilities of the Project Manager:
The successful candidate will take ownership for all aspects of project management overseeing the project through the full life cycle from Pre Construction to Final handover.
Key Skills & Experience of the Project Manager:.
• Extensive experience in New Build Residential, and Refurbishment projects
• Minimum 5 years UK experience in a Project Management role for recognised main contractors.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering schemes up to £20m+
• Previous knowledge in pre-construction including tender preparation
• Wide range of sector experience in RC/Steel Frame, groundworks and fit out.
