Salary: £42,000 per year

Our client is a leader in their field and due to continued growth are looking for an experienced Junior Project Manager to support the senior project team. Exceptional role which could become permanent.

Outline of Role

• Supporting the business ERP Programme, completing April 2023. Migrating from Microsoft Dynamics 2012 On prem to Microsoft Dynamics 365 + Sales on the Cloud.
• Working as part of the 12 person FTE implementation team and alongside the 20 person partner team already onboarded.
• Must have 3 years prior experience of Junior Project management and upwards roles,
• Ideally managing software implementation projects.

Duties and Responsibilities

• General project planning and Ongoing Meeting and schedule administration supporting DELIVERY activity (via the supplier PMs)
• Supplier Deliverables management (capture and storage in TEAMS, not signoffs)
• Supplier Timesheet management and query flagging (HSO & CPS)
• Weekly Timesheet extracts and tracking for all project charge codes
• Preparation of overall consolidated spend v target trackers
• Onsite Supplier Booking admin / extended contractor badging
• HIVE TEAMS site administration (Structure and members)
• ERP Group Email administration (members)
• Run the Weekly RAID management process
• Support the formal test and signoff processes
• Provide admin for the UAT iterations
• Provide admin support through Hypercare (for post go-live issues, status updates, resolution feedbacks back to DOMAIN leads)
