Salary: £50,400 per year
Our client is seeking a PM with a construction background to carry out a range of site based PM duties.
The role will involve a wide range of duties such as:
Co ordination and regular communication with the customer on all aspects of design, programme, delivery, offloading, installation works,
and interface with other trade contractors, snagging and commissioning.
Preparation of technical submittals, method statements, O&M manuals, subcontract purchase specifications.
Ultimately responsible for financial management of projects to maximise profit, margins and cashflow.
Project reviews and final accounts (customers and supply chain).
The ideal candidate must have the ability to persuade & influence effectively in a range of situations and project management experience is essential.
You will need a level of technical understanding and experience of working with multiple suppliers is essential.
The ability to balance risk and strong decision making are also essential.
You will need a practical problem solving approach and to be able to demonstrate a successful PM track record.
Hours:
08:00am – 17:00pm (Monday- Friday)
Salary:
£42,000p/a – £50,000p/a
