Location – Oxfordshire (travel required)
Salary – up to £66,000/annum + car + package

Sector – Projects (Building Fabric + M&E)

An opportunity has arisen for us to recruit an experienced Project Manager to work within the Projects team of a leading Facilities Management Service Provider, delivering a variety of Building Fabric and some M&E based projects in and around Oxfordshire.

My client require a strong PM who is confident in running small construction projects as well as M&E projects on numerous key account. You will see projects from inception through to completion, managing budgets and resources throughout the duration.

The Position:

• Project Manager to work within the Projects team of a leading FM business
• Role to be based in and around the Oxfordshire area
• Management of Building Fabric and some M&E based projects from inception through to completion
• Reporting into the Head of Projects
• Managing elements of M&E and small construction projects in and around Oxfordshire
• Management of site supervisors and sub-contractors by splitting time between the office and sites
• Regular liaison with the client
• Delivery of projects to key client up to £2m

The Candidate:

• Experience in the delivery of a range of Building Fabric and some M&E projects
• Ideally from a Building Fabric and M&E background
• Comfortable in working alone with support from regional offices
• Experience of managing sub-contractors and site supervisors
• Experience in managing budgets and delivering projects on time
• Experience in managing contracts and supply chain
• Experience in stakeholder management and engagement
• Good client liaison and client management skills
• Ideally well qualified in Project Management
• Based in and around the Oxfordshire area
• Full UK driving licence

The role is to be based in Oxfordshire although travel to surrounding areas is required to cover the location of sites and projects.
