Project Engineer – Process Issue Resolution

Position Description:
To support the continued development and enhancement of the framework and method used to develop cross functional process and business capability requirements across JLR as part of global expansion programmes. To work across functions to identify gaps in current processes and capabilities as the business expands globally, and supporting functions in closing the identified gaps through both short term `high hurts’ process issue resolution and longer term process improvements. To lead and manage process development as part of global expansion projects, providing status vs. plan at key meetings such as level 2 Process Integration meetings and GBE Programme reviews. Mapping business processes at various levels of detail to show key tasks and activity flows. To help develop and nurture a process mind-set across the business.

Experience Required:
Experience of cross-functional process development.
Experience of leading workshops with multiple customers / stakeholders.
Experience in negotiating and persuading stakeholder groups across multiple business functions.
Experience of project and programme management processes.
Experience of stakeholder engagement and management.

Education Required:
Experience of cross-functional process development – preferably using Visio or ARIS toolset.
