Project Director – Tier 1 M&E Contractor

Salary: £15.6 per hour

Aylin White have been tasked by one of our leading clients to provide them with an experience M&E Project Director to run large scale projects in London. Our client turns over £13bn across Europe with over 25 years of experience in New Build, Commercial & Shell & Core sectors and have a reputation for working with some of the most prestigious clients on major landmark projects.

They are looking for an experience M&E Project Director who is looking to work in a collaborative environment on large scale projects of £30m + in value at a time.

The client would prefer an experience Project Director who has worked on New Build, Commercial and Shell & Core projects in the past and is comfortable working on project and taking full responsibilities with values of up to £30m + as a number 1.

The main responsibilities and experience for the Project Director will be:

* Leading a single large-scale project with values of over £30m +

* Liaising with subcontractors and reporting to Service Directors/Operations Director.

* Finding best engineering solutions.

* Must have delivered New Build Commercial projects up to £30m as a number 1.

In return our client is looking to offer the Electrical Project Manager / Lead:

* Basic salary negotiable (dependant on experience)

* £6k car allowance

* 4k paid travel

* Healthcare

* Pension
