Project Director

Salary: £132,000 – £138,000 per year

One of the top property consultancies on the planet is recruiting for a Project Director to assist on one of their national major blue chip accounts that currently look after over 7000 buildings.

This role is for a Project Director to assist with both commercials & operations, but to take a more focused look in to expanding the account through business development, while being client facing to ensure that a smooth deliver on projects is taking place.

As an experienced Project Director you will be responsible for:

* You will be responsible for initiating and delivering project opportunities, project delivery, sales/self- delivery and P&L

* As a Project Director you will deliver projects to completion on time and on budget to the satisfaction of all parties; customer expectations are to be exceeded wherever and whenever possible

* You are responsible for generating and securing new sales to meet a financial plan of up to £25m per annum

* You are responsible for leading the development and management of all bids, tenders and proposals in excess of £1m

* As a Project Director you will seek out opportunities to generate revenue through innovation and different technologies

* You will develop effective relationships with current and potential customers through demonstrating their capability in project delivery solutions

* You will develop a project business plan and annual financial plan for revenue and profit delivery

Qualification and Skills:

* Must have worked on a Regional or National account

* Must have experience leading and delivering projects

* Must have experience with winning work / business development

* Must be understand commercial growth
