Salary: £26,000 per year
Project Assistant.
Solihull £26,000 per year Full time, Immediate start.
I am currently recruiting for a Project assistant for a leading market research company, this role would be perfect for a graduate who wants to take on a career with great progression prospects. Someone who would eventually like to become a project manager or is interested in working in the market research industry.

The role will include:
o Prepare fieldwork packs
o Book venues and meeting rooms
o Prepare respondent incentives
o Keep well-ordered project files and assign job numbers to projects
o Answering phones and client liaison
o Monitoring and ordering of stationery
o Responsibility of AV equipment
o Providing ad hoc technical support to Research Directors
o Ongoing project involvement with research studies
Skills required:
o Must have a car and be willing to drive locally when required
o Good working knowledge of Word, Excel, Powerpoint and MS Outlook
o Confident with answering telephone queries
o Knowledge of office administration procedures
o A good level of English spelling and grammar
o Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
o Good technical skills
o Effective time management / maintains good attendance levels
o Ability to multi-task
o Ability to work as part of a team
o An enthusiastic approach towards the role
o Good attention to detail
o Excellent communication skills
