Salary: £48,000 per year
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join this expanding internal construction company as Project and Service Delivery Co-ordinator. A competitive salary of up to £48,000per annum in on offer.
The successful candidate will be able to read CAD drawings (essential) and benefit from working in a construction environment (not essential). You will be a proficient user of MS Excel and adept at picking up new IT systems. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to offer a high level of customer service both to internal stakeholders and external clients. An ability to provide solutions is essential to offer smooth project delivery.
The Project and Service Delivery Co-ordinator’s key role will include:
* Handing over production-ready projects to Operations
* Working with Aftersales to action any required items
* Working with customers to prepare a project for Production
* Understanding/interpreting/checking CAD drawings & schedules
* Working with customers to sign off schedules/drawings
* Issuing Proforma’s to customers
Essentially this role is the go between from Sales to Operations to ensure the customer gets a seamless delivery and the project runs smoothly. Building a relationship with the customer, you will be the go-to information and service provider until the completion of the construction project.
