Salary: £36,000 – £54,000 per year
Our Client is looking for a Project Analyst to perform customer implementation projects. The role involves working with specialised software applications which monitor and report the safety and quality of human and veterinary pharmaceuticals.
The successful applicant will have opportunities to:
* Carry out implementation and configuration work with new customers
* Manage existing customer application upgrades
* Undertake business intelligence development tasks, including report specification & development
* Generate project documentation
* Deliver training
* Provide additional application & technical support to customers & internal colleagues
You will be a graduate with excellent technical skills combined with a methodical, detail orientated approach. You will have experience of working in software delivery or report writing. You will be Customer focused with excellent verbal and written communication skills. You are autonomous, with the willingness to join an agile and dynamic team.
The following relevant competences are required:
* Written and verbal English
* Technical skills: databases (particularly Oracle), SQL language, XML / XSLT, Crystal Reports
