Salary: £32,400 per year

Enable Futures are operating as an employment business on behalf of its client and recruiting for a Project Administrator (6-12 Month Contract) for a privately owned, innovative, market-leading software solution organisation. Who provide a portfolio of document-related services to a broad customer base, including the NHS, Local Government and a variety of Commercial organisations across the UK! The location of the office is Wellington, Somerset.

The hours are 08:30 – 17:30 Monday to Friday, with a 1 hour lunch break. This role offers a hybrid working model with a Monday and Friday working from home. Tuesday Wednesday, Thursday you will be based in the office. The annual salary is Circa £32,400PA.

We have sent a high volume of Immunisation communications over the last 2 years and expect this to continue for at least 6 months and potentially for several years into the future. We are expanding the team to increase our capabilities as we grow and develop new and exciting innovations in this area. Outstanding Package:

Key Responsibilities

  • With full training provided, you will be required to build and maintain an understanding of all elements of the mailing.
  • Ensure all processes and procedures related to the mailing are accurately followed.
  • Assisting with keeping documentation updated as changes happen.
  • Carry out the day to day running of the mailings.
  • Being a professional point of contact for the customer, data supplier, and any other organisations you are required to liaise with, including suppliers.
  • Taking full ownership for professional and timely resolution of ensuring changes or issues are resolved within expected timeframes and escalating where required.
  • Liaising with external suppliers to ensure we maintain the required levels of physical stock (e.g. envelopes and leaflets) to meet the customer’s requirements.
  • Attending regular meetings with the customer and other organisations.
  • Effectively communicating with the customer to understand upcoming requirements and communicating this with relevant stakeholders to allow for forward planning.

Experience, attributes & skills sought:

  • Experience managing and effectively prioritising several tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexible and able to adapt to change quickly
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook
  • Experience carrying out tasks following defined procedures and documentation
  • Desirable:
  • Previous experiencing managing or supporting with projects
  • Experience with Microsoft Project
  • Experience communicating with customers
