Leading client within the Payments Industry currently requires a Programme Director (Cards – Credit, Debit, Prepaid, Commercial Cards) to join the organisation on a Permanent basis, preferably someone with experience holding similar positions within a Consultancy. The successful candidate will scope, plan and implement large scale complex programmes of change to meet agreed and specified business needs. The successful candidate will be implementing new clients onto the organisations platforms and supporting enhancements to the products for existing clients.

Essential skills:
Proven experience of successfully delivering large, complex multinational ERP programmes, implementations and change initiatives throughout the full life cycle.
Direct resource management & matrix management
Consultancy experience
Support of Sales or Account management
PRINCE2 and MSP advanced certification
Degree level

Desirable skills:
Payments industry experience (Transaction Processing, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Prepaid Cards, Commercial Cards, Card Processing, Issuing, Acquiring, Electronic Funds Transfer, EMV, APACS, ATM, Point of sale)
