Profit Protection Advisor, Based South

The Role:
Conducting investigations into issues of non-compliance, theft and fraud and submit reports to support disciplinary / criminal action as required.
Interview staff using Wicklander Zulawski techniques as required.
Assist with the continued development of the loss prevention strategy.
Provide advice to brand management / Property department on security measures for sites.
Coaching / training of branch staff and management in leakage reduction programmes.
Assist with the development and roll out of staff awareness programmes.

The Person:
Previous experience in a similar role in a retail environment, conducting security related investigations, fraud management, prevention & detection techniques.
Trained in conducting PACE and Wicklander Zulawski interviews.
Outstanding analytical skills including experience with data and statistical analysis.
Good knowledge of Microsoft products – Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
Clean driving licence.
Loss Prevention / Security Management qualification.
Commercially aware with an analytical mind with attention to detail.
Able to work in confidence and with integrity at all times and to manage difficult situations effectively and work on own initiative.
Excellent communication / influencing skills with ability to communicate well with all levels of management.
