Production Operators

We are looking to recruit a number of Production Operators to join a leading manufacturing company in the Worthing area. These positions will be working in a number of areas of the production process, and will be offered on an initial temporary basis although there are excellent prospects for permanent opportunities in the future.

The Production Operators will be required to carry out a range of duties and be trained in various aspects of the production process. Applicants must be willing to work in a controlled environment where clothing, jewellery and make-up are restricted.

Although no specific experience is required, applicants for the positions must have the following skills and attributes:

+ Excellent attention to detail
+ Ability to follow detailed procedures
+ High level of dexterity
+ Ability to identify solutions and solve problems
+ A can-do attitude and excellent work ethic
+ Willingness to learn new skills and ways of working

Knowledge of good manufacturing practice or working under cleanroom conditions would be beneficial.
