Salary: £26,000per year(rising incrementally to £22,400 when fully trained) + Overtime
Equivalent to £26,000 per year rising in stages to £26,000 per year
CONTRACT TYPE: Permanent
HOURS: 6.00am – 2.00pm/2.00pm – 10.00pm Mon – Thur, 6.00am – 12.00Noon/12.00Noon – 6.00pm Fri
The COMPANY
Our Northamptonshire based client is the UK’s leading independent manufacturer of packaging products. They have earned a deserved reputation for the quality of both their products and service. They have achieved this by continually investing in cutting edge technology within their production facility and, importantly, having a well trained and motivated workforce.
The ROLE
Due to continued expansion they now require additional Process Operatives to join their team. Working as a part of a ten person team you will initially begin as a stacker feeder, but will quickly learn all the other additional roles within the cell required to successfully manufacture packaging. The more you learn the better rewarded you will be – the annual salary of can increase from £26,000by increments to £9.39 within six months as you successfully master new skills, with further increases to work towards after that.
