Our client is a leading, privately owned, highly successful and vastly profitable national, specialist food related manufacturer with several sites in the UK and Europe who have been operating for many years.
The company employs a dedicated and loyal workforce who take pride in what they achieve.
The Norfolk based site in the Fakenham area requires a further Production Operator to join the team.
The role requires the operation of plant equipment to optimum levels of performance to deliver the production schedule taking necessary actions as required to maintain product quality.
You will maintain production areas to the required level of hygiene standards and work closely with the engineering department to report faults.
Forklift driving duties will also be an essential part of the role – ideally the candidate will have a counterbalance forklift licence, however training can be provided if required.
The ideal candidate will have production experience within a process environment and experience of working shifts including nights.
12 hours shifts, rotational days and nights. (2 on – 3 off), (3 on – 2 off)
Salary £39,600 ‘000, Signing on bonus, £1000, up to 10% bonus, contributory pension.
