On behalf of one of our prestigious clients, we currently have exciting production operatives with knife skilss to work in their factory based on the Starlaw Business Park, Livingston. This is a fast paced food production environment so ideally you will need to have previous experience working in a production food environment using knife skills, be quality and safety focused, and be alert and fast acting.

You will be working in a food hygiene environment cleaning and work to maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness, in line with our clients standards.

There will be a 6 week training with targets to be met, therefore previous experience in a similar environment will be advantageous.

Shifts patterns are various and can include 12 hours shifts, nights and weekends so commitment to these shifts is essential. Most shifts start at either 06.00am or 06.30am so you need to ensure suitable transport in place.

The annual salary of pay is £26,000per year depending upon which shift rotation you are working, rising to £6.55 – £7.28, after a qualifying period.

The site offers free on-site parking and a subsidised canteen.

This is temporary long term work for the right candidate.
