Production Operative

Cubed Resourcing are proud to work in partnership with a number of prestigious clients in Keighley and are currently recruiting for Assembly, Machine, Warehouse and General Operatives, on varying shifts.

Several opportunities are available. Positions are ongoing and some may lead to permanent roles for the right candidates. 

Day to Day duties will include all or some of the following:

– Assembling products using basic hand tools and glue guns.
– Work individually and as part of a team to complete production batches in order to meet targets and deadlines.
– Maintain all work stations and the production area to the required standards following all relevant company procedures.
– Ensure all finished product is packaged and ready for dispatch.
– Ensure all Health & Safety guidelines and quality standards are maintained to the required standard at all times.
– Assist in any other areas as necessary in order to meet customer order deadlines, e.g. Goods in/Dispatch.
– Completing relevant paper work.
– Inspecting parts, following a set procedure.
– Preparing goods for dispatch.
– Returning faulty goods to production.
– Quality control of finished products.

Successful applicants will ideally have the following qualities and experience:

– Able to work as part of a team.
– Good attention to detail.
– Flexible.
– Motivated.
– Assembly or warehousing experience is preferred.

The rate of pay for these positions is up to £26,000per year depending on the position and the shift. All positions are ongoing temporary assignments, some of which do have the possibility of becoming permanent for the right candidate.

Due to assignment locations your own transport would be beneficial but not essential. Successful candidates will need to provide references/reference contacts before any assignment can start.

Overtime is available as and when organised by the management and is paid at T&1/2 and Double time depending on when the overtime is worked.

There are numerous shifts available, times available upon request.
