Production Operative

We are looking to recruit an experienced Production Operative for a market leading Production Company based in Farnham. The role is very much a ‘hands on’ and physical role and involves operating a variety of machinery. Full training will be provided.
This role involves shifts, Monday to Friday, early 6am-2pm and late 2pm-10pm.

The Role

* Operation of different types of machinery including forklifts
* Handling of raw materials to ensure machines are stocked
* Quality assurance checks on all goods
* Maintain a safe working environment
* Reporting mechanical faults
* Advising shift supervisors on performance issues
* General operational housekeeping

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will hold a forklift licence and have experience of working shifts. You will be responsible for ensuring high quality standards are being met at all times by following simple quality control checks on all manufactured goods whilst also ensuring safety standards are being adhered to.
