Temporary Production Technician

Process Skills

A production technician will need to learn a wide range of process skills; they need to show a good degree of manual dexterity and the ability to carefully handle the foils and material.

A production technician will be required to work in all or some of the following areas –

Cutting polyester to size

*
Wet lamination

*
Cleaning & Cutting finished product

*
Hot bar Soldering

*
Testing

*
Packing of products

*
Previous experience not essential but useful if have worked in a manufacturing environment

*
Skills in either soldering, cutting and/or packing would be desirable

Person Skills

*
High level of attention to detail

*
Experience of working in a cleanroom environment would be useful

*
Excellent manual dexterity

*
Previous experience working in lean manufacturing environment would useful

*
Good communicator both written and verbally

*
Self-motivated

*
A responsible attitude

*
Reliable

From time to time it may be necessary for the Production Technician to perform other duties as and when required by management.
