Role: Production Operatives
Location: Stamford, Lincolnshire
Salary: £13.67per hour + overtime + shift premiums + excellent company benefits
Duration: Ongoing long term with potential for fixed term roles
Shifts: 8am-3pm / 3pm-11pm (negotiable)

THE ROLE
Our client is looking to appoint Production Operatives to their Stamford site. This will be working on various lines to continue the quality assembly and manufacture of our client’s product. Training will be provided but a background in engineering or production machining will be treated favourably. These are long term ongoing roles with the potential for fixed term/permanent contracts being offered for strong candidates.

THE IDEAL PRODUCTION OPERATIVE
Suitable candidates will have prior experience of high speed & high quality production assembly work from an engineering or production environment. The successful candidates must be able to work on their own initiative to learn the role quickly, be mechanically minded, work to exacting standards and be flexible towards shift work as required (mornings and afters).
