Hours: Monday – Friday 9am-5pm

The Role:
Our client based in Wellingborough are currently seeking a Production Operative to join their growing organisation on an ongoing temporary basis.
Duties Include:
– Work efficiently, safely, and speedily in all production operative areas, to ensure production requirements are met and to meet customer needs quickly and accurately
– Ensure all work is done to correct quality standards, completed on time and without error, and with the minimum of supervision and monitoring
– Working in aseptic cleanroom environment.
– Work flexibly and to the highest standards of performance in all areas, as required by the needs of customers and production management
– Learn new work and train to ensure quality and health and safety standards are met
– Maintain accurate records for stock control and production monitoring purposes
– Carry out other warehouse and production duties
– Identify new methods of working and improve working practices in collaboration with other team members and production management
Skills and Experience Required:
– Using computer systems including MS Office products and email
